Assistant Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

• Banking industry, permanent headcount based in Singapore
• Assistant RM role
• Sectors: General coverage, Clientele: Large corporates / MNCs/ Fortune 500 firms

Responsibilities would include:

• Provide support to a team of Relationship Managers in corporate banking
• Report to Team Head of Corporate banking
• Evaluate credit and formulate structure of facility
• Prepare credit proposals and credit reviews
• Inspect and evaluate credit documentation to ensure facilities comply with agreed terms
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
• Have own portfolio even as an ARM, taking care of/ speaking with customers (Front facing role)
• Maintain and update credit files and documentation
• Maintaining client relationships, good stakeholder management to liaise with different external / internal teams

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Attention to detail, ability to deliver under time pressure
• Astute and possess a keen eye for detail, good credit sense and critical thinking/analytical skills
• Team player
• Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
• Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
