JOB DESCRIPTION
  • The Senior Analyst will be part of the Keppel Capital Alternative Assets Team and will be assigned to cover the healthcare sector globally. The Senior Analyst will be integrally involved with all aspects of a deal investment process from evaluation to execution, investment closing, monitoring and exit. The primary responsibilities include:
  • Support transaction origination by identifying attractive investment themes, opportunities and asset class through research and analyzing industry trends and market data
  • Manage due diligence process including interacting with brokers, financiers and investment partners Provide extensive on potential investments, including in-depth financial modelling
  • Prepare investment papers for internal approvals, and from time-to-time present to investment committee and Board
  • Support overall execution and completion of transaction including conducting post-closing initiatives Collaborate with other business units within the Keppel Group to explore new investment initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The Successful Candidate Should Have:
  • At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, fund management, or with prior transaction experience on either the buy or sell side
  • Superior analytical and financial modelling and excel skills including a solid grasp of financial concepts and fundamentals in investment, preferably with prior independent experience of developing and handling financial models
  • Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently and in a team environment with high degree of maturity, and are comfortable working with regional teams based in the US or UK
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong integrity, commitment and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and ability to make sound judgement and take new initiatives
  • Strong academic background and credentials
