Job Responsibilities
As part of the Content Strategy team, this person has responsibility for actively communicating with the firm's clients, partners and staff via the creation of interesting and relevant investment content, including reports, articles, videos, social media posts, and infographics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceive and create content relating to the firm's house views, financial product and investment services
- Write regular market and fund-related reports for retail, corporate and institutional clients
- Develop informative educational materials for consumption by both sophisticated and novice investors
- Re-purpose long form reports into digital content suitable for online and mobile channels
- Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to identify high-demand content
- Work with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure timely production and delivery of content
- Liaise with internal and external investment professionals to ensure content is substantiated and accurate.
- Help create style guides for written and visual content
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Strong communication abilities, including long and short form writing and sub-editing, webinar hosting and speaking, and video presentations
- In-depth knowledge of digital content and channels
- Good knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments
- Previous experience of working with design and production agencies, freelancers and third party vendors
- Proven interpersonal skills, working across departments and team effort
- Good project management skills, including project delivery to tight deadlines and task prioritization
- Working knowledge of video production, and/or graphic design a plus
- Chinese and/or other Asian language abilities a plus t o provide written/video content for our Chinese speaking clients/partners based in China and Taiwan
