Sustainability Specialist (REIT), Singapore

Role

Develop and execute ESG strategy for the REIT team.
Advise sustainability steering committee on global reporting standards
Ensure a consistent message on the company's ESG goals
Work closely with global teams to ensure the integrity of data collection
Set targets and ensure that goals/targets are met
Perform gap analysis on ESG scores to improve them (GRESB, SGTI, GIFT, MSCI ESG Sustainalytics etc)
Drive CSR activities with local communities
Respond to analysts/media/investor queries on sustainability
Working closely with investor relations to target ESG investors
Present ESG story to internal/external stakeholders
Prepare the Annual and Sustainability Report

Job Description

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years in sustainability
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of GRI standards, TCFD (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures)and SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) reporting
Self-motivated with positive attitude
Familiarity with real estate/REIT
