Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Provide solution and infrastructure architectural design for new Project initiative and enhancement
  • Infra liaison between Technology Services and Delivery team to eliminate blockers
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with application team to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that application needs are met as projects evolve
  • Analyse risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role with strong Infrastructure background and understanding
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery is a plus
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology risk management and quality assurance control
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
