Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work as a Client Services Analyst on a global SaaS application for automated investment data aggregation, reconciliation, accounting, and reporting to deliver timely, validated investment data and in-depth reporting
  • Understand client requirements and configure solutions using proprietary application tools to meet the accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, and risk analysis needs of the client
  • Validate large investment data sets to identify root cause and resolve errors and inconsistencies
  • Handle complex, time-sensitive requests from client's accounting, portfolio management, trading operations, and IT departments with a significant degree of autonomy (contacts may include senior executives and other decision-makers at world-renowned companies)
  • Strategize with development teams to improve our client on-boarding experience, shorten delivery time frames, and develop repeatable, scalable processes
  • Work on a dynamic and fast paced team, applying your analytical and problem-solving skills for maximum impact across the organization and industry
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with a global team

Must Have (Functional Skills)
  • Accounting: Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting Cert concepts. Basis agnostic.
  • Finance: Basic understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures as outlined in Cert material
  • Asset Classes: basic understanding of fixed income and equity investments and a basic knowledge of alternative security types. -what they are, why they are used, and how they work
  • Strong problem solving and maths skills
  • Efficiency: consistently complete assigned work. When errors in daily work occur, learn proactively from those errors and work to avoid repeat mistakes going forward. Able to handle any reconciliation support queries
  • Oversight: Operates with some level of assistance from team members but independently answers low-medium complexity client queries. May require assistance with medium/high complexity queries.

  • Securities or financial markets experience

Must have

  • Excellent in MS excel and other MS office applications
  • Foreign languages - Proficient in Thai or Japanese in a business setting
