The Securities & Derivative Analyst 1 is an entry level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from marketing teams in coordination with the Investment Middle Office team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the order placement, settlement and investigation of client's mutual funds & alternative investment product transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of order placement requests
- Placement clients' orders of mutual funds & alternative investments products with respective fund administrators
- Perform matching and settlement processing upon receipt of order confirmations and contract notes
- Investigate and resolve settlement issues with Product Managers &/or fund administrators
- Answer queries from Marketing relating to order placements or settlement
- Assist team to work with Product Mangers, Legal and Fund Administrators for account opening matters
- Perform daily and monthly control activities on cash & position reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience preferred
- Fundamental understanding of mutual funds & alternative investment products
- Good knowledge on Microsoft skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
