VP - Business Analyst - Product Management (Hybrid)

This role supports the Technology product management for CGW on various business requirements, solutions, strategy and roadmap and work closely with all the technology stakeholders to define the strategy and execute the same with a strong governance framework.

Responsibilities:

• R esponsible for the evaluation and understanding of all the functional Projects in CGW in line with the Business strategy
• Should be able to articulate the clearly the biz value, customer value for every CGW initiative for APAC
• Should involve in evaluating the functional and technology solution and should contribute the leverage the existing solutions across CGW segments
• Responsible for creating the release notes and tech-wins for CGW
• Evaluate the current technology platforms for different products and capabilities across CGW segments and strategize as to the future investments
• Able to define and refine the business architecture for all the CGW products, services and functions
• Should create and publish different client and non-client journey evaluation across different projects and releases regularly
• Able to contribute and represent any new initiatives in CGW and should conceptualize and co-create with other stakeholders
• Closely work with Regional , Global, Country bus on Book of work, projects and other initiatives.
• Analyze the initiatives into different themes and groups to enable better decision making in prioritization
• Need to present different views to different stakeholders on different type of initiatives to communicate the technology complexity and the value.

Qualifications:

• More than 10 years of experience in project management, primarily in financial services
• Experience in Banking, wealth management domains in business / technology
• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Solutioning
• Understanding of technical design, technical solutions, the nature and constraints around solutions
• Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
• Strong communication skills,
• Business presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal, relationship building skills
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
