We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Singapore

The Global IT HUB in Singapore is in charge of developing and supporting Private Banking solutions for Wealth Management sites worldwide

In that scope, the bank is looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical foundation for the system analysis, development and support for its Front office offerings and Advisory Solution. More importantly, strong project management experience to oversee delivery of project on time taking into account multiple governance gates and milestones necessary to cater for a safe project implementation as well as all-round updates to/for our banking business. It is necessary to be able to communicate in French with the business and project stakeholder. Additionally, this role takes care of production L3 in terms of coordinating with different sites. The solution is built around Temenos portfolio management product (Triple'A) and Sungard APT

Responsibilities

As Service Division PM Chapter member:

  • Aligning goals and directions with Management and project team
  • Taking charge of overall budget setup/reporting and management of subsequent consumption activities by the team
  • Taking charge and ensuring project releases (timeline) are promptly updated and accurate in appropriate reporting tools
  • Organize and conduct committees at different levels to initiate discussion and track actions for any follow up between stakeholders
  • Identify and raise project risk and issue in a timely manner
  • Help to remove potential impediments of the project and raise escalation appropriately
  • Ensuring WMIS project governance are strictly met/passed (Project kick off, functional architecture committee, IT validation, production implementation process etc)
  • Consolidating/preparing and representing steering committees (business sponsor update meeting)
  • Prepare and ensure accurate reports to management (weekly reports and updates into reporting tools)
  • Follow up with multiple teams/squads, Infrastructure and testing teams to deliver the project
  • Be able to coordinate as a SPOC for multiple sites for Production Support L3 (should the need arise)


Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree (with major in computer science or finance)
  • 4 years' experience in the private banking or asset management industry
  • 3 years' experience (minimum) in IT Development activities
  • 3 years' experience (minimum) in Project Management activities
  • Previous exposure on Temenos Triple'A system is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of process methodology (esp. CMMI) is a plus
  • Experience of business support in a Wealth Management organization is a plus
  • PMP certifications is a plus
  • Knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodology is a plus
