JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Assist Head AM to develop and implement asset management strategy to meet business performance objectives
  • Assist Head AM to develop and implement value creation projects, including asset optimization, organic and non-organic growth of EBITDA and cash flows from KIT's portfolio of assets
  • Drives profitability by working with KIT's portfolio businesses to set and monitor business group goals, action plans, and prioritize activities
  • Responsible for acquisition diligence, deal structuring, execution and managing consultants and transaction process timeline
  • Responsible for developing and managing post-acquisition integration plan
  • Responsible for overseeing project cash flow models, KIT asset models and new acquisition models, working closely with Group Finance and Investments Team
  • Manage asset-related commercial and legal matters with various stakeholders
  • Participate in the implementation of ESG roadmap
  • Develop and maintain good business relationship with all stakeholders, including senior management of portfolio companies, O&M Operator, customers, regulators
  • Provide other business analysis and update as and when required
  • Provide support to other Group initiatives as and when required


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in finance, economics or business management; MBA/CFA would be beneficial
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with minimum 5 years in managerial position
  • M&A deal experience, ideally with post deal integration experience
  • Very comfortable with accounting and valuation principles and financial modeling.
  • Ability to multi-task; entrepreneurial, and self-directed individual with demonstrable ability to effectively complete tasks within demanding timelines and competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with, engage, and convince others and motivate the team
  • Creative and innovative; creation of new ideas. A strong lateral thinker.
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel (some modelling skills required), PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to conduct competitor research through market intelligence
