As a strategic partner with a long-standing commitment and proven experience, J.P. Morgan takes a consultative approach to working with existing clients and target prospects to assess and address their individual needs.

As an Executive Director in Sales you will be responsible for maintain and development of key investor client relationships, including day-to-day execution of all products we are responsible for distribution. You will be need the ability to be fluent and navigate in these products effectively among a broad range of clients (asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, corporations, hedge funds etc.) along with idea generation and market insight. In addition, you will bring a collaborative approach working with our business partners in both trading, research and syndicate to provide comprehensive client coverage across the platform.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of sales experience in a relevant investment banking / markets sales role
  • Able to understand, transact, price and understand FX and Fixed Income products
  • Has been in a client facing role in the relevant products
  • Developed and established relationships with key investment grade investor clients at both trading and portfolio management levels
  • Critical thinker and driver of trade concepts and themes for investor clients
  • Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure
  • Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including; effective communication and presentation
  • Strong team player that partners well with principals of the platform including Research and Trading
  • The candidate needs to be able to deal confidently with people at all levels in the organization
  • The individual should be self-motivated, with the drive and skill to seek out new client opportunities and produce thoughtful trade ideas
  • Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
