Our client is a leading economic consultancy firm currently looking to add an Emerging Market Global Macro Strategist to their team in London. You will be working as a cross asset strategist with a primary focus on Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income strategy for global emerging markets.

The ideal candidate should be experienced Global or Emerging Market Macro Strategists with 3-5 years' experience in global macro market strategy. You should have extensive knowledge and understanding of EM Fixed Income, FX, and Economics.

Responsibilities include:

• Recommend FX trading strategies
• Working with the macroeconomic research team to provide economic and strategy insights on emerging markets
• Writing reports on key global macro indictors on emerging economies
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Role Requirements :

• MSc or PhD in Economics or Macroeconomics
• Experience analysing emerging markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative background
