Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Solution design/process setup for campaign management transformation program
  • Lead implementation of marketing initiatives or enhancements using marketing automation technologies (HCL Unica, Unscramble) in coordination with different stakeholders
  • Present regular project updates to higher management and share progress, blockers, risks, and mitigation plan
  • Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, mapping complex requirements to marketing automation system
  • Coordinate with the Business and Project team to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of marketing initiatives
  • Lead in preparation and execution of test cases in UAT, Functional testing, User Acceptance Validation and Live verification in Prod environment
  • Lead deploying/executing configurations from UAT to Production environment
  • Maintain detailed documentation on campaign processes in Confluence and conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the BAU team on new processes
  • Address any operational challenges that may come up after project is live in Production
  • Lead required testing for any changes in upstream/downstream systems impacting marketing campaigns
  • Closely work with Campaign teams on refining BAU campaign processes and facilitate solutions
  • Engagement with Tech and business stakeholders on automating campaign processes and reporting to minimize manual intervention and ensure smooth execution of automated jobs
  • Engagement with Tech on optimizing Campaign processes to reduce turnaround time for campaign execution
  • Provide campaign design assistance and other technical support to the Campaign team in support of campaign development
Functional skill set:
  • Relevant working experience in financial services, campaign delivery, data management and analytics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A team player with excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Self-starter and willing to explore new technologies
  • Influencing and building relationships, collaboratively resolving issues and conflicts
  • Attention to detail in managing large, complex projects across departments
Technical skill set:
  • Knowledge and experience in MarTech platforms (Unica) and how they integrate with downstream channel systems
  • Strong knowledge on Unica products - HCL campaign, Interact
  • Understanding on campaign system tables
  • Strong SQL skills to query large sets of data
  • Maintenance of Interactive sessions and strategies
  • Maintenance of campaign session flowcharts and strategic segments
  • Troubleshoot campaign related issues faced by the team and raise to Tech team
  • Documentation of project related information and campaign processes in Confluence
  • Knowledge of Big data architecture would be an advantage
