Your background
  • University graduate with recognized professional degree preferable.
  • At least 5-7 years solid project management and change management experience in banking payments and related systems.
  • Strong business and technical knowledge of Asia/Global Clearing Systems including high-value and low-value payment, SWIFT, Cross-border International Transfer, FX/MM, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering and APAC country regulatory payment standards.
  • Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in PC knowledge such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and etc.
  • Understanding / knowledge of emerging Payment channels / technologies

What you can expect

This is a role within the team, Operational Readiness SME, Asia, whose roles and responsibilities are as follow:
Drive payment operation projects in the region. Rollout and implement payment solutions across APAC branches; identify any branch specific additions and requirements. Act as a regional point of contact for payment operations, risks and controls.

Manage operational readiness including activities to prepare project for implementation including training coordination, procedures update, impact analysis, risk assessment and overall readiness for changes to be implemented

What you will do

  • Acts as the operations readiness lead to provide support and business consultancy for regional / global payment projects
  • Partner with operations, product management , change management, technology team and other relevant business partners to provide support for project implementation including defining project scope, business requirements, analysis process , UAT/regression testing etc. in order to meet business requirements and also align with banking operations policies and compliance standards.
  • Provide support and oversight for Asia branches to prepare operational readiness tasks and support and execute operational implementation plan including driving dress rehearsal, training plan, procedures update, access management, risk and impact assessment etc.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on operational readiness, operational processes, risk and controls
