Assist team to analyse and conduct due diligence of potential infrastructure investment opportunities across Asia:
- Build detailed financial models and run sensitivity/scenario analysis
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence and negotiation of acquisition of infrastructure assets
- Assisit in preparation of IC memos for Investment Committee
- Assist in managing dataroom and Q&A for potential exits
- Maintain deal database and prepare market updates incl. transaction comps, relevant sector and country research
- Support fundraising activities including preparation of marketing materials, dataroom and investor due diligence questionnaries/RFPs
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience including prior infrastructure sector experience (buyside, project finance or M&A advisory) across Asia
- Solid analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Extensive skills in financial modelling, analysis and written communications
- Willing to travel on a regular basis
- Asian language skills a plus (Mandarin, Bahasa, Filipino or Thai)
