Job Purpose and Impact

The Treasury Centre of Expertise Analyst will provide experience and knowledge to support and optimize moderately complex activities related to treasury's use of the global treasury management system. In this role, you will apply general knowledge of the system configuration and an understanding of treasury workflows and stakeholder requirements to execute and support the timely resolution of issues raised by the system users. You will also support the ongoing standardization and optimization of treasury systems, including moderately complex problem solving, requirements analysis, design definition and liaison with system vendors and other third parties to ensure the most robust solution is adopted.

Key Accountabilities
  • Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
  • Track and process requirements to prioritize in alignment with business stakeholders across the organization.
  • Apply a general understanding of moderately complex business issues to facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross functional business stakeholders, document requirements and create initiatives to support the business needs.
  • Identify and provide solutions to moderately complex business problems to maximize the value delivered to stakeholders.
  • Provide moderately complex business design services for development.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with treasury business and core technology platforms
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES
  • Execute routine activities to facilitate basic requirements gathering sessions with cross functional business stakeholders to support the business needs.
  • Experience of working in Treasury or financial markets function in an operations, cash management or accounting position or related system project work.
  • Experience working across multiple internal groups within a complex global organization, and across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Experience working with third party technology and/or banking service providers.
  • Experience working in, or deploying, at least one of the Treasury used systems (e.g. SAP (specifically FI and In House Cash modules), Wall Street Systems, AS400 applications (IRIS or JD Edwards).
