Team Overview

Our Private Bank Singapore office is currently looking for creative and dynamic professionals to join Operations. Operations plays a major role in client's lifecycle with the bank and enable the business to achieve their goals. The team is undergoing transformation to incorporate new technology and find the best model forward to support our business in today's challenging environment. Candidate should collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver data driven results.

Responsibilities include:

• Own, develop and improve existing Operations metrics and performance measure that will help management with governance and oversight.
• Research and document current state processes and apply appropriate changes to support business requests/needs and improve on effectiveness.
• Use knowledge in quantitative & qualitative research methods & technology to perform detailed data analysis and work through large volume of data to establish thematic views.
• Critically review analysis results seeking opportunities to optimize output and provide actionable recommendations to senior management in order to achieve key business objectives.
• Drive program to build up citizen developers and manage the inventory of automation tools.
• Deliver solutions to automate existing operational process to improve overall efficiency and control.
• Partner key stakeholders to bring the latest technology to improve the overall operating environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services/banking industry, Private Banking preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of delivery and relevant experience with data.
• Strong understanding of data manipulation tool and data visualization tool like Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau
• Well versed in SQL & Python.
• Ability to communicate effectively, in clear and concise manner.
• Familiarity with the control environment within the banking industry.
• Able to challenge status quo and offer new perspective in approaching the problem.
• Leadership to guide citizen developer to deliver solutions for the team.
