The ideal candidate is a motivated, focused, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers with the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the business value forecast, analysis and partnerships negotiations.
  • Define and execute activities according to our business priorities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote bank's offerings (i.e. Product, Acquisition, Portfolio, Paylah!, Merchant Business, Corporate Banking, Banca, Rewards etc)
  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., Marketing, Customer Experience Call Centre, Platform Management, Digital engagement) to achieve business & customer outcomes effectively & efficiently.
  • Coach the team, track staff performance and report metrics
  • Work with Line Manager to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Manage both our existing partners and develop new business opportunities in key merchant categories, projects & initiatives.
  • Drive usage through partnerships, instalment growth, develop value proposition with customer & business outcomes in mind.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building an appropriate sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Take a lead role in the assessment, development of proposals and presentations & negotiations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Guide a team of high performers to achieve business & customer outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a complex multiple stakeholders' organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make recommendations or decisions using data.
  • Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
  • Bachelor's degree in business or management
