Job Description
Our client is a leading Dutch Bank. They are known for their great culture and is looking for someone to join the team to support the Financial Institution Transaction Services business.

Role Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the Payments' inquiries escalations and incidents communication involving FI clients from the wider APAC region
  • Prepare the Quarterly Service reviews and perform volume monitoring
  • Support the PCM accounts opening and closing process
  • Responsible for the Contracts/Agreements/Formats review, maintenance, and repapering (when required) and cooperate closely with the relevant Legal, Risk and Product Management teams
  • Organise end-to-end the FI TS client engagement events and strategy days
  • Increase FI TS visibility in the market by being involved in marketing events and
    publication initiatives
  • Monitor the client profitability and the realization of the TS team's targets: monthly analysis on income / P&L reports. Liaise with Finance for any reporting requirements (when required)
  • Update the Governance manual in collaboration with the TS teams globally
  • Support the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) manual and testing
  • Prepare the On-site due diligence and calls between the respective compliance teams for each client
  • Support the CDD process for the relevant clients by providing the volume and jurisdictions to the concerned CDD analyst for both the PCM and TFS products
  • Support the risk assessment for overseas branches & subsidiaries onboarding/CDD review
  • Support regular account audit and regulatory reporting requests by auditors
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in business Admin/Finance/Banking background or similar with internship/traineeship experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience within a financial institution
  • Comfortable with frequent client interactions from clients based in APAC
  • Payments Operations/Product Management experience is good to have.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good team player and able to liaise confidently with people at all levels
  • Ability to work to independently and thrive well in a dynamic environment
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of proactiveness
