Analyst, ESG

Job Responsibilities:

Implementation of stewardship strategy, where candidate shall work with internal teams from the investment division to identify material environmental, social and governance risk factors as part of his/her preparation for engagement with a list of companies. Candidate will be the key point of liaison for engagements as well as maintain a progress monitoring and reporting system
Keep abreast of industry developments to help conduct effective engagement
Assist in conducting Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence on investments for ESG-themed mandates, e.g. Green Bond mandate
Assist in overall reporting on ESG quality of LGI's investments
This is a great role for a candidate looking to develop their career and analytical and communication skills, as well as build up of knowledge on how environmental, social and governance issues are taken into consideration as part of investments in fixed income and listed equities.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in relevant field. Fresh graduates may apply
1 to 2 years of related exposure to ESG-related work preferred but is not mandatory
Able to multi-task and assume responsibilities for the work assigned success of the organization
