We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire testing progress to meet timeline
  • Track and ensure proper closure of UAT defects after testing is completed
  • Manage testers' work allocation and resolve conflict between testers/users, BA and developer
  • Prepare testing report and report in governance meeting
  • Explain impact of outstanding defects and provide suggestion on go/no-go deployment
  • Drive daily calls with IT and Business for any clarifications and updates
Requirements

Requirements
  • A recognised Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT testing, preferably in Insurance industry
  • Strong hands-on functional testing experience
  • Ability to write test plans, test cases and oversee the QA activity for a small testing team
  • Strong technical skills, API
  • Proficiency using JIRA
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Strong team player
