We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Specialist.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Support Digital Product Owner and focus on developing the business and customer journey requirements required to deliver the new features and functionalities in current or integrated digital platforms
  • Work together with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to ensure delivery of optimize customer experience
  • Collaborate with various teams such as technology, UI/UX, operations, product, distribution, Group, WPB/bank, and other business units on related deliverables
  • Manage complex cross functional projects with various stakeholders in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with technology team and oversee the controls relating to digital platform management such as change release, problem/incident management. Ensure adequate controls are in place including self-identified issues arising from control assessment gaps or risk events
Requirements

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, technology or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in managing projects and/or digital assets in financial services industry inclusive of market best practices, Government agencies and other external partner projects
  • Customer obsessed individual with strong understanding of end-to-end customer journey (pain points and Moment of truth analysis) and business requirements for digital platform
  • Keen digital mind-set, good understanding of the market trends and best practices In-depth understanding of financial services customers journey, financial services products including front end, back-end systems
  • Data driven and results oriented, with strong analytical and project management skills; high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong team player that challenges status quo with solutionist mind-set (best practices and industry trends)
  • Excellent communication (includes objection handling) and inter-personal skills to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills to conceptualise new ideas, scope changes and actions required across the cross functional teams. Experience in business requirements, user stories, customer journey mapping, design sprint methodology and collaborative tools like Jira, Figma and Confluence
