We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Wealth Commercialization.

Principal Responsibilities

Role Purpose
  • Responsible for commercialization planning and execution for strategic wealth and investment products/platform launches to drive product uptake and adoption of new capabilities and features
  • Close collaboration with key stakeholders including but not limited to product owners, customer proposition, marketing and channels to drive and strengthen wealth product proposition strategies by analysing sales activities, funnel promotions and product strategy
  • Formulating and execution of key strategic wealth campaigns and promotions to drive wealth penetration and metrics that are aligned with Bank strategy
  • Responsible for disseminating key information about a product/project launch, ensuring that key internal teams understand how to position, explain and support the product offering
  • Determination and regular tracking of key metrics post-launch, both qualitative and quantitative that provide transparency about the success of such launches in senior management forums and meetings
  • Perform competitor analysis across wealth products and propositions
  • Analysing customer and sales MIs to derive insights for optimum commercialization activities
  • Produce and obtain approval for collateral contents working hand in hand with Product for strategic wealth campaigns and project rollouts
  • Pre-planning and securing slots for digital messaging blast dates e.g. eDM, in-app messaging
  • Working closely with IWS product teams, Wealth Solutions and Platform, Transformation and IT to ensure capabilities to be delivered is impactful and supports FRP and key KPI targets
  • Keep up-to-date master view of wealth communications that is streamlined to ensure overall synergy
  • Managing VSIP activities for IWS to ensure key wealth development items are appropriately considered for prioritization and reviewed at regular intervals
  • Responsible on Wealth FRP Planning, Forecast and Tracking
  • Responsible on producing information such as Wealth KPI, OKR, QBR etc. for various senior leadership forums
Requirements

Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in wealth management and banking, preferably with practical experience in product management, analysis and wealth campaigns
  • Understands trends in wealth and banking, creative and able to work independently
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to implement and monitor commercialization plans
  • Comfortable with numbers and adept at using data/MI to derive critical insights and formulate action plans
  • The role is a highly interactive and collaborative one and successful candidates will be required to have good communication skills to interact and make regular contact with various stakeholders
  • Proficient use of software such as PowerPoint, Excel in order to create engaging content for reports and presentations made to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Marketing or any other related field
