We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Customer Engagement.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of our Customer Engagement strategy
  • Build up and manage the partnership eco-system to further customer acquisition and engagement partnership
  • Implement customer engagement strategies to improve targeted customer segments and profitability of the target customers
  • Drive and build a customer-centric journey for customer segments and relevant nudges to address customers' insurance needs, grow customers' NPS and improve engagement level
  • Use data-driven approach to identify business opportunities and transform customer insights into actionable initiatives
  • Coming up with customer event proposals that ties in with targeted customer segments and business demands
  • Overseeing events on the actual day ensuring flawless delivery
  • Managing vendor relationships regarding costing and timeline negotiations
  • Conducting pre- and post - event evaluations and report on outcome
Requirements

Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in insurance industry
  • Deep understanding of financial services customers journey and financial services products
  • Good understanding of financial services rules regulation related to product promotion, advertisement; appreciate compliance requirements and processes with hands-on experience in creating content / collaterals and manage the end-to-end approval process
  • Data driven and result oriented, with strong analytical and project management skills; high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in events budgeting and metrics tracking, measurement and reporting
  • Understanding of buyer psychology and marketing strategies to maximize engagement outcomes and eventual sales conversion
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to influence, manage and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • People manager and team player
  • Be energetic, versatile and be constantly ready to accept to perform duties beyond stated scope
