About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities
1. Product design, customer journey and target operating model
• Conduct customer research, products design, customer journey and documentation
• Solicit input on product design and customer journey from country and segment stakeholders
• Work closely with Functional Business Analyst to create target operating model
2. Requirements Analysis & Elicitation
• Work closely with business stakeholders in country, segments and bank steering to elicit and documentbusiness requirements
• Analyse and document the "to be" business processes
• Provide input to functional business analysts to create functional and non-functional requirements based onbusiness requirements
• Monitor and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep
• Review and sign-off final version of BRD together with business users
• Transition business requirements to Functional Business Analysts, and ensure a clear and completeunderstanding of the requirements
3. Testing & Scope Management
• Work with Test Manager and Tester to translate business requirements into test scenarios
• Work with country and segment stakeholders to plan and execute User Acceptance Test, reporting to TestManager
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

Job Requirements
• At least 12 years of working experience in the banking industry.
• Good technical knowledge in credit cards, payments, unsecured lending and loyalty domain.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Powerpoint & Excel)
