• Understanding on banking domain with an exposure on Retail/Corporate/Wealth Management/Investment banking products.
• Able to participate & contribute to bring value from technical side in business workshops for building use cases & user requirements.
• Attitude towards problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Track and monitor the progress of project deliverables.
• Able to demonstrate people manager skills acting as Team Lead for project team.
• Manage customer expectations and stakeholder communications.
• Focus on technology expertise and innovation to transform delivery and ensure delivery excellence
• Develop and Test ETL Mappings, Mapplets, Workflows using Informatica 10.x & above.
• Experience on Performance tuning of end-to-end data integration processes within Informatica workflow, or in the source/target database endpoints as needed.
• Able to handle Troubleshooting & to provide Technical Assistance to team.
• Able to work with Informatica Product Team to resolve Product related issues & queries.
• Job Scheduling Application tool knowledge & experience is desirable.
• Exposure to DevOps knowledge and experience is desirable.
• Exposure to Change Management applications like JIRA
• Understanding to concepts of SDLC methodologies like Waterfall & Agile is desirable.

Primary Skills -

• ETL Tool - Informatica 10.x & above with knowledge on Informatica Powercenter (PC) / Informatica Cloud (IICS) / Informatica Admin / Informatica Data Profiling (IDQ).
• Strong Relational Database Knowledge.
• Strong Data Modelling Knowledge.
• Strong Scripting knowledge on Unix/DOS/Window Scripting for ETL purpose.

Secondary Skills -

• Business Analysis - Requirement Gathering - Banking Domain
• Data Modeling - Entity Relationship Modelling.
• VB Scripting / Advance Excel is added advantage.
