An exciting Service Sales Manager opening has recently become available at one of the leading software development companies. You will get to work with a leading company that offers cloud and commercial software solutions that enhances business efficiency through advanced analytics and digital services. Reporting directly to the VP of APAC services based in Singapore, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced service sales managers who have significant consultancy and sales background in the Contact Centre domain. Desirable candidates are people who has high-level technical expertise and customer management experience in the IT sector.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales' accumulative annually and quarterly targets in APAC
  • Create GTM strategy and promote the company's services to new clients to build the sales pipeline
  • Personalise and incorporate the solutions to meet each client's unique requirements
  • Focused on Service only sales in Services portfolio, including Consulting Services, Training Services, and Adoption Services in subscription and transaction form
  • Actively monitor the sales pipeline and push sales to achieve yearly targets
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert for the APAC sales team for system implementations
  • Communicate with potential clients to market the solution through pitching, business case development and analytics.

Who Are We Looking For?
  • Degree in business or technology
  • Minimum 8 years of sales and client management background in the IT sector
  • Extensive Contact Centre experience and knowledge of contemporary technologies and business challenges
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Specialisation in any of the following areas: Telecommunications, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Outsourcing, Travel, Utilities
  • Proven track record of selling solutions and services to local and international accounts and is comfortable communicating to VP / C Level.
  • Able to understand Services and Maintenance jargons, technology and processes
  • Strong technological capabilities & quick learning curve
  • Tailor and expand the solutions to fit specific customer requirements based upon customer's strategy and directions
  • Create positive working connections and cooperative efforts with APAC sales and pre-sales organisations.
