Your background
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Previous administration, PMO background.
  • Experience with project governance framework and routines
  • Essential Skills (Business Domain / Soft skills)
  • Understanding on SDLC methodologies, Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, build consensus and achieve objectives
  • Experience working with product and service partners, and with the onshore-offshore delivery model.
  • Ability to work with regional and global partners/stakeholders to drive program's admin activities.
  • Execution and result oriented. Aptitude for critical thinking.
  • Stay abreast of latest tools and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of Wholesale Banking or Global Markets domain - Products and technology advantageous
  • Strong communications skill set - written and verbal

What you can expect
  • The Program Admin role will provide ample opportunities to interact and work with the larger program team, Business/ Operations teams, and support partners
  • This role will provide tremendous exposure to Administration, Analytics, and various aspects of Tech Delivery.

What you will do
  • Working closely with Program Manager and deliver/workstream leadership team.
  • Working closely with LOB Business Support & COO teams.
  • Preparing reports / dashboards for the senior leadership team, LOB Business
  • Analyze data and present the same to senior leadership team for decision making.
  • Help find simple solutions to complicated business problems.
  • Preparing presentations for business reviews with senior leadership team
  • Coordination and follow-up with support partners and delivery teams to ensure we meet our goals
  • Track projects and tasks to completion
  • Partner with Program Manager to plan and execute partner visits, workshops, training and planning sessions etc. as per business requirement
  • Assist and coordinate with the Program Manager and his / her team for various tasks ranging from on-boarding, invoicing, resource movement, staffing, compliance trainings, project portfolio, staffing, etc.
