MGR, OSPL - Digital Platforms

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and manage small projects, ensuring all tasks and outputs are completed satisfactorily
Perform competitive analysis and recommend improvements to digital platform
Work closely with customer experience team to design the customer journey on digital initiatives
Analyze situations and solve problem using known guideline or policies
Bridge business requirements with technology and system capabilities
Craft user requirement specifications
Coordinate and perform user acceptance test
Onboard new vendor and review agreement with various stakeholders
Work with outsource translator to review the Chinese translation
Prepare management reports

Qualifications
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in financial or related industry.
Interest in internet trading technologies development and investor trends.
Hands-on experience in developing user requirements, performing business analysis and conducting user testing.
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to resolve issues independently.
Good communication skills in written and verbal.
Good in power point slides preparation for management reporting.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
