Reporting to the Head of Management Reporting & Analytics, Global Consumer Financial Services Finance, you will play a supporting role in driving timely delivery of high quality and insightful regional and in country management reports to the GCFS Senior Leadership Team. Working closely with the BP&A finance counterparts, you will drive the monthly flash, mid-month and rolling forecast processes to provide an independent assessment of the business trajectory that may impact the business.

- Preparation of current and forward-looking value-added analysis and timely support to CFS Senior Leadership Team on all business performance related matters (financial and non-financial).
- Accountable for the delivery of Annual Operating Plan process/submission within the stipulated timelines by working closely with regional BP&A teams
- Tracking of the progress of key strategic initiatives and highlight risks and opportunities against Plan delivery and recommend actions needed (where appropriate).
- Preparation of senior management presentation decks &/or data collation (Operating Plan, MAS, Investor Relations, Annual Report, Sustainability Reporting and Peer Analysis etc.).
- Participate and support in annual ICAAP/MAS stress test process.
- Support the development of Global CFS Finance MI infrastructure for product/segment profitability analysis (financials and non-financials); working closely with Group MIS and Group Customer Analytics and Decisioning teams to drive MI simplification agenda through improvements in processes, systems and data quality.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline - Finance / Accountancy / Economics with at least 2-4 years of related working experience.
- Possess strong commercial judgement, professional maturity and results orientation.
- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with and dealing with all levels of management and regional counterparts.
- Independent worker as well as good team player.
- Resilient individual who can adapt and work effectively under pressure, multi-task.
- Good technical skills - MS Excel. MS Access, Power BI, Qlikview and Programming knowledge will be an advantage.
