Responsibilities

• Drive transformation in deposits onboarding experience and landscape in Singapore
• Deep dive into end-to-end journey of product acquisition, uncovering pain points and plugging gaps to achieve ATE goals through superior customer journeys and operational efficiency
• Leverage on DDOM to develop product strategy & roadmap as well as deliver campaigns/experiments that strive to meet all financial performance metrics on the portfolio and key outcomes
• Collaborate across channels, marketing, analytics, operations & technology to develop and implement enhanced offerings to acquire customers digitally
• Good understanding and adherence to risk management standards, and full compliance of applicable regulations and internal policies
• Preparation and presentation of management updates, strategies and initiatives for stakeholder oversight
• Adopt an agile mindset to work on ad hoc tasks that may arise

Requirements

• University Degree with 5-7 years of working experience in product management preferred
• Strong operational knowledge, with a good grasp of data analysis, marketing and understanding of end-to-end product life cycle
• Proven track record in working in high pressure & fast-paced environments
• Ability to work effectively with other business units, across various functions
• Ability to think strategically, apply sound judgement and transform ideas into action plans effectively
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
