We are now looking for a Digital Performance Senior Manager / Manager to join our expanding team. In this role you will conceptualise, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns for specific business units and spear head the business to achieve customers acquisitions and engagement targets.
Key Role & Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the digital strategy for performance campaigns that drive either user acquisition or usage
  • Drive the optimisation of paid digital efforts towards business goals in the areas of search, programmatic display, social, and native
  • Leverage data analytics for marketing insights to drive performance and improve return on ad spend
  • Launch, develop and track the implementation of conversion rate optimisation activities, including creative optimisation and A/B testing
  • Identify opportunities for applying new adtech/martech and digital solutions to enhance performance campaigns; including integration of martech with non-marketing and/or other banking systems

  • At least 5 years working experience in digital performance marketing or relevant roles.
  • Experience in executing performance marketing in: SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Search 360 and Native ad platforms
  • Hands-on experience in implementation and usage of with Acoustic Marketing Cloud and Adobe Marketing suite such as Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager and Adobe Target etc.
  • Strong grasp of adtech and martech, and enjoys coming up with new ideas and strategies
  • An analytical mind and familaritity in using data to optimize/scale marketing strategies
  • A team player with strong communicating skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in clear concise manner verbally and in writing and must be comfortable with business and technical discussions
  • Ability to think, plan and execute through self-motivation and independence navigating in a fluid and ambiguous situations and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in an organised way
