Responsibilities
  • Business Development. Leverage on data driven operating model (DDOM) to identify gaps and seek out new business opportunities
  • Build up marketing, branding and communication tools to increase saliency and visibility ofmarketplace
  • Develop and execute plans to meet all financial performance metrics and key outcome on the value map
  • Partnership management. Harness existing ecosystem partners to strengthen value proposition and achieve joint business outcomes
  • Design and implement campaigns/experiments to drive awareness and increase travel marketplace footfall and drive conversion of core banking products
  • Develop initiatives to ensure seamless and smooth customer journey and embed DBS banking services and products in an intuitive and invisible manner
  • Define business requirements for platform enhancements and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) along with processes and documentation
  • Adopt an agile mindset to address ad-hoc tasks that may arise
Requirements
  • University degree with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Possesses good understanding of consumer banking business, products, and services
  • Self-motivated individual with strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Possess excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to analyze business problems, identify key issues and come up with creative solutions
  • Adept at stakeholder management
  • Passionate about delivering best-of-class capabilities, including producing seamless and superior customer experience and engagement
  • Have a strong customer-centric mindset and good understanding of customer journeys
