The Citi Flexibuy Product Manager is a crucial resource in the unsecured lending team. He/She is responsible for maintaining the instalment product for merchant POS and ecommerce site related platforms and will work closely with key vendors, partners, technology team on the development as well as maintenance of the process flow map for all Instalment Payment Products.
This manager needs to have experience in payment related products or technical platforms and should be familiar with the market from an unsecured lending portfolio. He/She needs to develop an understanding of market trends including risk, fraud, and regulatory constraints, analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses and publish findings; translate market intelligence into developing highly differentiated and value-based pillars to drive product value. In terms of product knowledge, he/she should have a good grasp of the lending portfolio fundamentals and product functionality. The role is also responsible for driving usage to meet revenue goals and ensure the product is competitive in the market.

Responsibilities
The role requires strong stakeholders management skills to collaborate across country and regional stakeholders to design the product and digital journeys
Strong project management skills required to articulate business requirements to the technology team to ensure the build capability aligns with business objective and launch the new BNPL solution to the market
Ensure adequate and required controls are in place as part of the product design, development and processes
Provide front liners with resolution/ advices when customers' disputes/queries arise
Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay competitive in the market
Understand evolving needs and challenges of consumer and merchants, and tailor the product to meet those needs
Plan, strategize, drive consumer acquisition, activation and usage of the product
Qualifications
5 - 8 years of relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of merchant acquiring set up/ processes and payment eco system in Singapore
Understand evolving needs and challenges of consumer and merchants, and tailor the product to meet those needs
Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
