Due to ongoing growth globally and also heavy investment in Asia this Tech driven global producer of OTC derivatives as well as more structured products is looking for a passionate and exceptional finance professional to drive their support within their growing Singapore office.
This group focus on the actual production and distribution of customised cross asset derivative products including FX, Commodities, Equities, Credit, Funds, Fixed Income as well as also Digital Crypto Assets.

Role

This role will be the first person to be based in the Singapore office and join the global team in providing cutting edge support and advise for the trading group as well as overseeing all the Front to Back-office processes.
The uniqueness of the team is that they offer oversight for all trade processes including Reconciliations, Trade Confirmations, Settlements, Transfer Agency, Treasury support, Margin calls, Corporate action s etc and do not silo asset class exposure so the learning curve will be steep. Understanding of MiFID, EMIR and Dodd-Frank regulatory frameworks ideal.
This is 'hands on' position and need someone is quantitatively inquisitive / engineering mindset / possible able to write own code and can do data analysis

Requirements

Ideally 2-5 years' experience within a similar environment
Excellent numerical education with understanding of finance and financial products.
Fresh graduates may be considered but must show and excellent education background and ideally some work experience in finance.
Any advanced knowledge of VBA/Python is highly desirable to be used in engineering trading process solutions (Not mandatory but ideal)
