Associate, Syndications & Investment Solutions

Principle Responsibilities

Prepare good quality marketing material and information memorandums to enhance SIS's marketing efforts
Support the division to build and maintain a comprehensive and detailed database of bank and investor relationships
Support all basic aspects of execution in loan syndication and distribution including preparing syndication memos, investor reporting and servicing
Interface with other business units, bank geographies as well as third parties (e.g. banks, lawyers, advisors)
Conduct research on latest market activities support NORD/LB's overall sales and distribution strategy
Assess legal / regulatory / reputational risks and ensure proper mitigation efforts are in place in relation to the business performance

Profile and Qualification

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of asset classes particularly project finance and aviation finance
Some experience with and good network of institutional investors and banks
Proactive and hands-on team player
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, data numeracy and information processing
Curious mindset, with strong willingness to develop knowledge and adapt to situations
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships based on trust and mutual respect
Strong proficiency in IT (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and research platforms. VBA/Python is not a must but will be helpful in process streamlining.
