JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts, involving multi-currencies
Check weekly/monthly payments
Prepare monthly management report, statutory reporting and consolidation of accounts
Involve in budgeting process, cash management, variance analysis and other ad hoc duties
Handle corporate tax, GST filing and overseas VAT matters, government statistical reporting
Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and overseas administrators
Ensure that policies/accounting treatment of investment instruments are in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or any Business/Finance-related disciplines or equivalent
2 to 4 years of relevant working experience
Some prior experience in audit would be an advantage.
Have good understanding of the FRS, relevant Accounting Standards and proficient in financial analysis.
Self-motivated, meticulous, organized, able to work independently and good communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skill-set with ability to interact and work across functions and levels.
Experience in fund reporting or real estate investment industry or financing arrangement will be an added advantage.
Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment.
Knowledge of YARDI system would be an advantage.
