Our internships are designed to provide real-world experience that enables you to put everything you've learnt into action and give you an opportunity to join us in the revolution journey of banking services.
Duties and Responsibilities
The learning objectives and key responsibilities will be helping with talent acquisition team on the following:
Work alongside with marketing counterpart in content development of GXS career page in external website
Participate and support Campus and External / Government Agencies career events including government agency career events, virtual career fairs, campus activities
Support the strengthening of GXS campus engagement & employer branding initiatives
Participate in designing the book of work for campus
Report on recruiting metrics after careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired, impressions impacted.
Design and research data to support RoE (Return on Effort) of campus activities
Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our campus hiring programs
Develop employer branded materials for recruiting events
Participate in the development of material to grow our employer brand that leverage social media, career sites, networks, professional site
The Must-Haves
Full-time students majoring in Business or other related fields seeking a matriculated internship; Part time internships are welcome
You are enrolled in a Singapore university, or a Singaporean/PR studying abroad
Experience in Campus Recruiting or Employer Branding. Knowledge of the FI / Tech industry.
Strong proficiency in google suites, presentation slides and creative content development. Motivated, passionate and creative.
Strong desire in working in a start-up environment and thrive in dealing with ambiguity.
Has a strong sense of urgency and curiosity to market development.
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
A good team player with a positive working attitude
Has passion to solve real world problems - open, but not limited to disciplines in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, International Relations.
