The Team Lead - CGW Country tech, PB will play an importance role to partner closely across the varied teams to deliver innovative technology solutions and best in class digital products for PB Clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing and managing strong partnership with regional business and technology teams. Work closely with Regional / Global wealth management technology teams to define and deliver the technology product roadmaps aligning to strategic business priorities.
  • Adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Implement of Technology initiatives, manage technology budget and expenses.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and addresses high impact strategic issues across its portfolio of businesses. Work in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership.
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Work closely with Country technology teams and support all stages of product creation including design and development.
  • Create pragmatic frameworks for measuring business value of implemented technology - iterate on roadmap basis the results.
  • Analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product; follow competitors and industry.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets. This will be accomplished by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ year's relevant experience in Private Banking Technology/ Wealth Management Technology.
  • 10+ years' experience managing high performing technology teams with demonstrable and measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of PB / wealth solutions with the ability to break down the work involved in solving them, and the impact of those decisions on business and product teams.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization and influence non-directs through data and a vision in a variety of contexts.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & analytical skills to engage, negotiate & prioritize the actions during the complex & multi-faced situations to pursue the best outcome for Global Wealth Management.
  • In-depth understanding of the business and financial drivers.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the region in the PB / Wealth Tech space.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
