The Events & Content Marketing Manager is a specialist marketer that will drive Citi's wealth content and events management marketing execution in Singapore. The core focus will be to deepen engagement with existing Citigold and Citigold Private Clients via wealth management thought-leadership and contextual lifestyle content, delivered online and through virtual and in-person events. They will also work closely with the Events Management & Content Lead, the Retail Marketing Head, digital acquisition colleagues and the Retail team to establish new-to-bank acquisition strategy and existing client engagement via both events and online content. Content will encapsulate all products across the wealth management spectrum including, but not limited to, investment and insurance penetration, wealth planning, advisory, Mutual Funds, FX, mortgages, and mobile/digital banking adoption.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Events Management & Content Lead in the development and execution of a comprehensive calendar of always-on client engagement and Product events; as well as wealth content to establish the bank's thought leadership
  • Partner stakeholders across product, segments, analytics, sales and marketing to drive strategic focus to grow wealth penetration and client engagement
  • This includes working closely with segment and product marketing colleagues to deliver events and content that are aligned with key thematic brand campaigns and product/business objectives through the year
  • End to end management and delivery of client events and webinars, including event logistics management and client communications as well as ensuring that client feedback and learnings gleaned are captured and applied to future client engagement activities
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to help develop and implement programmes to improve client engagement as well as curate and produce wealth and financial literacy content for clients and the public
  • Ensure events are aligned to current wealth and lifestyle interests to foster stronger client relationships, and drive word-of-mouth among Citigold and Citigold Private Clients
  • Prioritize products and target segments relative to revenue incremental opportunity
  • Manage third party event and creative agencies to execute and deliver best in class marketing programmes while exercising cost discipline
  • Procure strategic partnerships that enable longer term efficiencies and value-add opportunities
  • Explore earned media and PR opportunities around events, including engaging Citi management, staff and even Influencers/Key-opinion-leaders to further amplify the events
  • Work intimately with the media agency to define target audience segments and media strategies that maximize impact of online content and acquisition activities
  • Prioritize products and target segments relative to revenue incremental opportunity
  • Identify opportunities to test, optimize and scale up successful marketing initiatives
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards


Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years relevant experience

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook
