Job Description
Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a growing mid size bank. Our client is currently looking to expand their Wealth Management Operations team.

Contract duration: 6 months (highly extendable/convertable)

Role Description:

• Run a BAU process with strong control mind-set supporting custody & settlements for following
• products: Securities Borrowing and Lending, Singapore market trades (as CDP Direct Agent), FX Derivatives E.g. Interest Rate Swaps
• Able to go governance for offshore team including handling exception and escalation.
• Perform assigned tasks independently, timely and accurately
• Handle exceptions and provide constructive solutions to resolve query and challenge
• Able to review existing process and come up with ideas for efficiency without compromising on control
• Provide ad-hoc supports for manager
• Manage internal stakeholders and ensure consistent delivery as per SLA
• Participate in projects and change initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Min 2-5 years' experience in Settlements and Custody functions.
• Private banking experience in settlements functions which include processing, reconciliations, fails management preferred
• Knowledge of Avaloq would be an advantage
• Tean player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with tight deadlines and pressure
• Inquisitive, proactive and able to work in fast paced environment
• Track record of being involved in projects and change initiatives is added advantage
