The Senior PMO Analyst will be involved in technology-based projects which will involve extensive regional stakeholder management and collaboration across all functional and business units. The Senior PMO Analyst will report into the Local Delivery Lead and will be responsible for the detailed tracking of one or more projects. The candidate will have exposure to different types of projects across the Singapore Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
  • Monthly finance reporting and timely escalation of financial issues.
  • Review invoices and signed agreements to ensure accurate charging
  • Support program/project forecasting for the full rollout and Financial Year. Provide inputs to Finance for the budget cycle for upcoming Financial Year
  • Monthly financial cycle according to agreed quality standards (e.g. reconcile with general ledger and make proper accruals). Provide analysis on any difference between planned/forecasted number and actuals.
  • Liaise with Regional controllers, related project parties and Project Manager to reconcile and drive cost allocations / charging agreement between Project and Countries
  • Supporting project governance frameworks and ensure that the project remains compliant from a governance perspective that will involve ensuring the PPM tool is up to date including Gating tasks status, schedules, financials, risks, issues, resource allocation and timesheets)
  • Create and maintain the Program/Project document repository (SharePoint) including permissions and ensuring the repository meets governance standards
Secondary:
  • Consolidate, analyze, and monitor Program artefacts: Program & Project schedule (including critical path), consolidated program and project view of resource demand and supply, risks & issues, financials (cost variances to ensure accurate tracking against the agreed project budget)
  • Project deliverables (meeting minutes, risks, issues, and decision logs) and following up on outstanding actions, risks and issues
  • Co-ordinate and drive the completion of status reporting for Programs at different working levels (project status reports, monthly status reports to the region, steering committee) and taking detailed meeting minutes
  • Create and maintain Agile artefacts and processes (e.g. Sprint Burndown Charts, Sprint Goals, Definition of Done, Organize ceremonies)
  • Collaborate with different parties to support the on-boarding and off-boarding of Program and Project resources

Qualifications:
  • 5 years or more PM or PMO experience, which involve managing schedule, financials and resource demands for complex cross-year and regional/global roll-out projects
  • Well-organized and attentive to details
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent business sense, documentation and presentation skills using Microsoft Office Tools and PowerBI
  • Passionate, Independent and Self-motivated with proven analytical mindset
  • Agile experience is Advantageous
