Finance Manager, Deal advisory, Fund Manager

A leading fund manager is looking to hire finance candidate to be an intermediary between deal team and finance accounting team. You will be responsible for the following

• Review transaction documents and agreements;
• Monitor deal pipeline and manage liquidity forecast
• Support the accounting teams with the onboarding of new acquisitions
• Support the accounting team with dispositions including accounting entries and analysis
• Support the Asia Pacific Investment team by reviewing/inputting leverage assumptions for prospective transaction

Qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in Big 4 corporate finance or transaction advisory team. Financial accounting including experience with mergers and acquisitions, real estate space will be advantage. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
