Institutional Banking Group provides institutional and corporate customers with a full range of banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and treasury.   • The successful candidate will be responsible for portfolio of Official Institutions clients including Multilateral Development Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and SEs within FIG.
  • Responsible for driving growth and deliver on agreed revenue targets.
  • Identify and onboard new-to-bank clients and constantly look out for opportunities to cross-sell products and solutions to Official Institutions clients.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of geopolitical risks, macroeconomic trends and importance of sustainability agenda and translate these into opportunities and leads.
  • A global role requiring close collaborations with regional FIG RMs, product partners and internal stakeholders in executing FIG Strategy.
  • Manage credit risks and ensure timely submission of credit reviews.
  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal to manage AML and Sanction risks.
  • Degree qualification with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Good relationship management skills with experience in Treasury Sales or Investment Counsellor
  • Strong communicator and good team player who strives in a collaborative working environment
  • Demonstrate professional integrity, results-oriented, resourceful with strong business acumen
  • Previous experience in working with Multilaterals, Central Banks and SWFs is an advantage
  • Working knowledge in negotiation of ISDA, CSA, GMRA is a plus.
