Job Description
  • Maintain and administer client portfolio of Singapore and Offshore entities jointly with the corporate secretarial Partner-in-Charge.
  • Strong coordination with corporate secretaries to ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, company Registers, minutes Book
  • Assist with bank account opening documents / update of bank signatories or directors where required.
  • Provide instruction and liaise for execution of trades.
  • Day-to-day administrative support - such as data entry and liaising with external vendors and service providers
  • Assist Compliance Manager for compliance related work including obtaining documentation for customers, performing customer due diligence checks (KYC) and onboarding for all new clients and continuous due diligence review for existing relations etc.
  • Assist in adhoc projects or tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time eg: execute trade deals, support in monitoring credit approvals, etc.

Required Skill(s):

Functional Skills
  • At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related function within the financial industry is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge of AML and KYC procedures
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputed University and/or relevant certification
  • Relevant Diploma in Corporate Administration / Secretarial Practice or its equivalent is a plus, but not strictly required.
  • Knowledge of Companies Act and Securities and Futures Act
  • Experience with MS Office and Excel.
