As part of our growth plans in Singapore, we are looking for a highly energetic individual to join us as Associate Consultant where he or she will be supporting a highly established team in our Singapore office. In this capacity, you will be working in a team to deliver strategic recruitment solutions to our clients in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities include:
  • A core part of the Associate Consultant's role is to support the Global Sage team focused on all areas of the search and research processes
  • Source and Screen CVs and profiles of candidates according to the Job requirements
  • Building knowledge on the Financial Services Industry in the Asia Pacific region, especially Investment Banking, Corporate & Transaction Banking, Asset Management and other areas within Financial Services
  • Develop candidate relationships and contacts through active networking
  • Gathering industry information regarding the talent market via cold calling, internet search and through other available resources
  • Assist in updating internal database and maintaining the information flow
  • Supporting recruitment assignments for various positions from junior to senior management roles
  • Develop presentation materials for client meetings
  • Coordinate and manage candidate interviews

  • Associate Consultants are expected to work pro-actively and efficiently on client engagements
  • Solid project management, proactive and quality search execution, and team-oriented delivery
  • Experience working in a consulting environment and/or a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm
  • Target-driven, self-motivated and persistent individual with strong communication and listening skills
  • Attention to detail, be infinitely curious about the world of banking and investments.
  • Passionate and enjoy the challenge of being free to be entrepreneurial
  • To gain deep and insightful candidate pool knowledge over time which would be related to a specific industry, function or geography
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and in making phone calls
  • Degree holder with at least one year experience in the recruitment industry, fresh graduates with a strong passion in financial services recruiting and sourcing talent will also be considered
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional language skills would be an advantage
