Asia Wealth Management Operations (AWM OPS) partners closely with AWM business unit to process daily transactions, develop and implement new products and services, as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes.

Team Profile
The Asia Wealth Management Operations Client Servicing team supports AWM's business units' activities across trading, asset transfer, client reporting, and other operational functions. The client services team consists of 4 staff members is in Singapore (2 staff) and Hong Kong (2 staff). This open position is for the Singapore based staff member. Key functions of the role are handling Operations related escalations and liaising with internal Operations teams, metrics capture, and Sales & Ops training coordination.
AWM is a growing business. We are looking for an experienced client service orientated Operations staff member who can make an impact and contribute to the growth story.

Role Description & Responsibilities
> Acting as the local client services Operations lead contact for the business in Singapore, while backing up coverage for Hong Kong based business
> Building and maintaining strong internal client relationship with all business units, including Senior Sales, Business Managers, Risk teams, IT, Finance and other Operations teams.
> Partner with stakeholders to deliver issue resolution and process improvements by monitoring email inboxes, face to face/conference meetings on an ongoing basis with the AWM business unit
> Conduct training and face to face/conference meeting with new Sales staff members on the operational workflow/processes
> Conduct partnership meetings with other operation teams on monthly basis to discuss on escalation resolutions and remediation plan
> Expand teams' influence with other stakeholders through various channels
> Present to management on bi-weekly basis on escalations themes and highlight focus areas for management assessment.
> Involvement in projects requiring AWM operations input.
> Escalating risk related items to management on a timely and effective manner to minimize risk exposure faced by the team.
> Fostering an open communication environment to encourage streamline mindset for effective and better process.
> Assisting with team capacity with flexibility to cover BAU tasks for team coverage if necessary.
