FI section (FIS) of Asia & Oceania Corporate Banking Department is one of the regional marketing teams responsible for business promotion toward financial institutions sector in the Asia and Oceania region (Southeast Asia, South Asia and Oceania).

Job Responsibilities
• Singapore based regional Relationship Manager (RM) to promote business activities with Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) segments in the Asia and Oceania region (Southeast Asia, South Asia and Oceania) together with branch RMs in each country, such as Singapore, Australia, India and other ASEAN countries.
• Provide effective support to the Section Head of Financial Institutions, with direct responsibility for NBFI business in the region.
• Lead in the preparation and delivery of high quality pitch books with integrated banking solutions.
• Conduct sector analysis of NBFI segments and identify business opportunities from prospective clients through in-depth understanding of key clients and industries.
• Build and develop new relationship with NBFI clients in the region together with branch RMs.
• Originate new business deals and drive revenue growth via cross-sell of several products (e.g., transaction banking products, financing solutions, DCM and ECM) through collaboration with internal product departments and other relevant teams in the bank and Mizuho's group companies including Mizuho Securities.
• Build robust relationship with NBFI clients to establish an eco-system of originate-to-distribute through partnering with several stakeholders.

Job Requirements
• A Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent in the similar field.
• Minimum 5 years in managing clients of NBFI segments in Singapore and/or other regional countries at global banks.
• Minimum 10 years of overall working experiences.
• Strong knowledge of financial services solutions utilized by NBFI clients
• Good relationship management and people engagement skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills (spoken and written), self-motivated and able to multi-task to manage timelines.
• Team player spirit, and a passion to develop and expand business including client base.
