We Offer
You will be based in Singapore office leading the Cleared Derivatives Change and Solutions team in the APAC region. This regional team is responsible for all projects related to exchange traded derivatives (ETD) and OTC cleared derivatives from an operations' perspective. We are strategic partners with the business in maintaining control and supporting the growth of our Wealth Management and Investment Bank Divisions.
As Vice President (VP) & Project Manager of APAC Cleared Derivatives Change and Solutions team, your main responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Drive and support change programs/ Change-The-Bank (CTB) initiatives sponsored by the Global Derivatives Business within the exchange traded derivatives and OTC cleared derivatives space
  • Drive and support Run-The-Bank (RTB) change mandated by CCPs, Exchanges and Regulators
  • Drive and support delivery of bank-wide programs and initiatives
  • Full understanding and ability to clearly articulate the requirements of all RTB and CTB projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams regionally and globally on implementing strategic and tactical enhancements
  • Run regular business/ stake-holder updates on all ongoing projects to ensure they are kept aware of any issues or risks of non-delivery by the target date at the earliest
  • Challenges the status quo, identify and drive improvement opportunities arising from existing processes
  • Adopting the Agile framework, conduct business analysis, coordinate new process implementation, process changes, and conduct process analysis
  • Maintain positive relationship within the larger Cleared Derivatives team and our vendor partner, FIS Derivatives Utility, who performs post-trade processing functions such as Clearing, Trade lifecycle, Margin Processing, Reconciliations, Reporting and Reference Data
