We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join Issuer Services - Corporate Trust product management team. This role is located in Singapore.

As a leading global service provider to the debt capital markets, our Corporate Trust team offers issuers and investors the knowledge and capabilities they need to navigate traditional and complex transactions across major asset classes and financing structures. We serve as a trusted, independent third party between issuers, investors and market intermediaries. Corporate Trust offers local and cross-border market expertise in the debt capital markets to help issuers achieve their financing goals. Our core services include trustee, agency, banking, custody and administration services.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Develop ideas for product enhancements and/or strategic market expansion opportunities for lines of business based on the risk and regulatory environment surrounding the products under development.
  • Coordinate the development and management of products to meet planned financials assigned to products profitability goals by pricing, developing, selling.
  • Perform ad-hoc competitive analysis, market research, and regulatory research. Keep abreast of macroeconomic drivers for new issuance trends and opportunities within the APAC region.
  • Partner with global product teams to embed regional needs in global operating model and transformation programs.
  • Research and support product profitability by pricing for the assigned product or product line in order to achieve operating plan profitability goals.
  • Provide oversight on product governance responsibilities within the APAC region.
  • Contributes to the achievement of multiple related team objectives and profitability of assigned product(s).
  • Collaborates with Operations, Client Service, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc. as part of new product development, enhancement, delivery, strategy, and planning.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Product Management, Client service management preferred. MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Prior experience in business and project execution with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytics, structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
